The Kapuskasing Integrated Palliative Care Program supports individuals living with a life-threatening illness and their families navigate the health care system.

Our team consists of a group of dedicated health care professionals in partnership with community agencies and resources to provide support for physical, emotional, social and psychological needs.

​

In partnership with other community resources, we will work with patients and their families to provide Palliative Care support that is appropriate, timely and pertinent to their personal goals of care.
