The Kapuskasing Integrated Palliative Care Program supports individuals living with a life-threatening illness and their families navigate the health care system.

Our team consists of a group of dedicated health care professionals in partnership with community agencies and resources to provide support for physical, emotional, social and psychological needs.

In partnership with other community resources, we will work with patients and their families to proved Palliative Care support that is appropriate, timely and pertinent to their personal goals of care.
